What to learn from this phish...

The first clue that pops up in your mind... “What agreement?”. Did you initiate this? Why do you need to look at an agreement all of a sudden?

The second clue is revealed by HOVERING over the link!!!

You should not get as far as clicking the link if you are not sure, but the third clue is that the URL in the web browser has nothing to do with anything!!!

Another clue to look out for is "Was this sent to many people at the same time? If you check with your team and they too got the same email, is it possible that a file needed to be sent to many people at the same time? It can happen, but was it necessary?

NEVER, EVER use your company password on any website. Only use it for approved services!

Do not reply to the email asking if it's legitimate. The scammer could respond! Always verify by calling "offline".
