What to learn from this phish...

Subject line: “Activity Limited”.

This could come in on your mobile app. Imagine you made recent changes to your PayPal account just a few days prior. You knew everything was in order, but best to manually open the PayPal app to check anyway. (without clicking links!)

Sometimes you can long press on a link from your phone to reveal the address without going to it.
